Refunds for JayNaylor.com site credit is payable on
demand. Tangible
merchandise that is damaged, such as CDs with corrupted data, or damaged
prints, are refundable or replacable within 30 days of being shipped to
the
customer. The cost of electronic files viewable on the website cannot be
refunded, except for in the event of software or hardware failure,
crashes, or
other accidents in the ordering process where the customer is charged
multiple
times, or the electronic file fails to display due to a known outage or
configuration error. Requests for refunds on payments for electronic
files that
aren't on CD, should be e-mailed to jay@jaynaylor.com and include a
detailed description of the steps taken that lead to the problem, and
describe
the exact problem in detail. Refunds for non-tangible electronic files
not on
CD will be refunded as site credit. All other refund questions can be
e-mailed
to jay@jaynaylor.com or mailed to JayNaylor.com, Inc., 1617 Cameron Landing Drive, Stockbridge, GA 30281, USA. All refunds that do not include site
credit
will be refunded in US Dollars.
