Advertised websites should preferably be relevent
to the genres on JayNaylor.com. Other comics,
cartoon sites, gaming sites, entertainment sites,
merchants, webhosts, are all welcome. All
advertising will be accepted or rejected based on
our arbitrary judgement after review. Ad banners
can be in the form of .jpg or .gif and animation
is encouraged not to be too gaudy. It'll be
judged on an individual basis.
There are no
restrictions on the content of the advertised
website. We only ask that if it's of a graphic
and/or adult nature, the site is structured
suitably to give warnings before navigating into
explicit areas. Banners for advertising on
JayNaylor.com should be PG-13 in nature, without
graphic nudity or gore. Links to websites with
excessive pop-ups, surprise-music and other
irritating features will likely be rejected.

Ads can appear in three locations. They can be
static banners on the Better Days and Hell for Humanity comic pages, and be
included in banner rotation on the JayNaylor.com
front page.
Better Days and
Hell for Humanity comic pages
These pages receive the most day to day
traffic. Better Days updates every
Monday and Friday, and Hell for Humanity
is a sporadic comic that usually updates weekly.
Banners appear beside the comic, underneath the
calendar and above the chapter links. Better
Days currently sees over 5,000 unique IP
visits during update days and over 2,000 during
non-update days. Hell for Humanity
averages approximately 400 less.

The front page of JayNaylor.com has two areas for
banner ads. One for smaller advertisements just
below the splash image to the right of the page,
and another for larger "tower" ads just
below the comic and catalog link buttons to the
left. These ads are thrown into a rotation with
other ads vying for that space.
